At Subify, we process digital subscriptions and services as quickly as possible. To avoid unnecessary delays, customers are advised to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATION
➜ Orders can only be cancelled before activation or delivery has started.
➜ Once an order has been activated, delivered, or successfully processed, cancellation is no longer possible.

PROCESSING ORDERS
➜ Most orders are processed shortly after payment verification.
➜ Requests submitted after processing has begun may not be eligible for cancellation.

INCORRECT ORDER DETAILS
➜ Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout.
➜ Orders cannot be cancelled due to incorrect mobile numbers, email addresses, account details, or other information submitted by the customer.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & SERVICES
➜ PlayboxTV bundles, OTT subscriptions, software licenses, memberships, activation keys, and other digital products are considered final once activated or delivered.
➜ Successfully delivered digital products and services cannot be cancelled.
