Refund Policy

At Subify, we strive to ensure every order is delivered successfully. As we deal with digital products and services, refunds are available only under the conditions mentioned below.

WHEN A REFUND IS AVAILABLE
➜ A full refund will be provided if we are unable to deliver or activate your order.
➜ If activation cannot be completed, a full refund or store credit may be offered where applicable.

WHEN A REFUND IS NOT AVAILABLE
➜ Successfully activated or delivered products are non-refundable.
➜ Refunds will not be provided for incorrect information entered during checkout.
➜ Refunds will not be issued after successful activation, delivery, or usage of a service.

ACTIVATION DELAYS
➜ Most orders are completed within the delivery timeframe mentioned on the product page.
➜ If activation takes longer than expected, customers will be informed accordingly.
➜ Customers may request a refund if activation cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

REFUND TIMELINE
➜ Approved refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
➜ Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
➜ Customers will be notified once the refund has been processed.
